Christopher Brown, President an Executive Aviation Manager with more than 15 years of experience in Aviation, Sales, Management and Marketing, Mr. Brown is an expert in developing research analysis for industry trade, partnering, proposals, and sales. He has extensive Aviation Industry knowledge with strong networking relationships regarding aviation operations and finance industry.Most recently Mr. Brown worked with GE Capital Corporation, Aircraft Services Group, in Connecticut. As an Aircraft Services Account Executive for GE Capital Corporation, Aircraft Services Group, he was responsible for managing the release of aircraft off-lease and identifying new customers or renewal of existing customers. Targeting a growth in net earnings for GE Capital – Aircraft Services at $300 million for 1999. Re-marketing, advertising, and releasing as many as 6 aircraft for 1999. Prior to 1999 he acted as the Aircraft Dealer Sales Representative managing the development of sales, strategic growth, new and continuing relationships with aircraft dealers for the GE Aircraft Group and Aircraft Inventory Finance Department. During his first year met and surpassed the increased goal of $90 million in volume and provided 110% increase in retail sales conversions. Instrumental in providing technical, networking, research, and due diligence information and communication to the corporate aircraft group including direct association to the Simuflite acquisition; NBAA/FAA relations; Dealer/Broker relations; Aviation Operations and Safety Information; and General Expertise as necessary Mr. Brown brings experience and knowledge to Eagle Aero Holdings Corp that is second to none.

Russell W. Mentink, Vice President of Operations,
having worked in the regional airline marketplace for
over 25 years Mr. Mentink has developed and served
numerous regional airlines in upper management
positions. Recently, as COO of Great Plains Airlines,
Mr. Mentink was responsible for increased revenues and
substantial gains in profit margins. With a vision and
focus of development and growth Mr. Mentink has the
ability to serve Eagle Aero Holdings Corp. through its
development and well into the future.

Nicholas M. Schmidt, Vice President Aircraft Leasing and Sales Formally the Branch Owner and Manager of Residential Home Funding, Inc. One of the top residential and commercial financing boutiques in the Fairfield county area producing over 15mm a month in written mortgages, which also did business nationwide. He was previously the Vice President of Secondary Marketing for Fairfield Financial Mortgage Group, Inc. in which he personally sold on avg $800mm of mortgages to Wall Street Conduits such as Lehman Bro's., Bear Sterns and WAMU. Nick’s entrepreneurial spirit has yielded him high returns on many of his business ventures throughout his young career. His uncanny ability to create relationships on multi-faceted levels of business, nationally as well as internationally makes him a key individual in the Eagle Aero Holdings business model and its future.

Robert W. Keddie, Director of Information
Technology, has been involved with IT since the
inception of the Internet in 1994. An instrument
rated pilot himself and a former student of Embry-Riddle
Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach FL, Mr. Keddie
brings a unique synergy of both information technology
and aviation knowledge to Eagle. Mr. Keddie's
experience as a web developer for his own internet
businesses as well as for a government entity will be an
integral part to Eagle's growth both nationally and
globally. Utilizing the Internet and other media
to its fullest potential in developing a highly visible
brand to the world while managing the data network
infrastructure to make it all possible.
